RED GOOSE ADVERTISING ZEPPELIN. Fun and unusual department store window display for "Red Goose" shoes. Made of papier mache and wood and then painted, this zeppelin features a cockpit, 4 engines, and top and side fins. All in original paint with some loses and condition issues. Provenance; store window display from Famous-Barr, a downtown St. Louis, Missouri department store. Not one of our normal 18th or 19th century offerings with a circa of early 20th century, but still great piece of folk art. Measures 60" long.

AMERICAN WINDSOR CHAIRS. Great pair of early 19th century butterfly bamboo Windsor chairs in original yellow paint all over. Featuring a butterfly form plaque daintily painted on the front with a motif of flowers, greenery and a stylized drape thru out. Plank bottom seats with turned bamboo style spindles, splayed legs and stretchers. Great look and in very good condition with signs of some wear. Circa 1820 to 1830.

COOT. Great, unusual and hard to find 19th century long necked "Coot" duck decoy. Hand carved body and stylized primitive long shaped neck and head all in original black paint with touches of white on the beak and under the tail. Single iron weight on the bottom and shreds of rope for anchoring under the front end. Measures 9.5" long with a height of 6.25" from bottom to top of the head. Nice small folk art decoy.

SUGAR BUCKET. Nice 19th century rather large New England lidded sugar bucket with handle in original light green paint. Lapped over finger construction with handmade brass tacks on the top and bottom rims. Pegged hinged handle and inside is unpainted. Measures 15.5 " tall with a diameter  of 15".

DRY SINK. Really nice 19th century American pine painted dry sink. A deep sink well with traces of original blue paint atop a two-door painted base ending in angled feet. Entire dry sink features original red wash paint all over with the inset door panels in original yellow paint. Nice primitive. Measures 46" long, 32" tall and 28" deep. Circa 1820 to 1830.
