IRON TOASTER. Great 19th century iron and wood hinged toaster. Rectangular base with round cornered supports over arched feet and a center "horseshoe" shape stay hinged to an extended iron rod with a rounded wooden handle. Handle shows some natural wear with very good overall condition on the iron. No breaks or repairs. Complete length, from foot to end of handle is 24". Toaster measures 12.5" in width and 2.25" in depth. Circa 1850 to 1860.

MASTER SPOON. This late 18th/early 19th century wrought iron spoon has a large presence with an ovoid dipper extending up to a slight tapered top. A scroll hook end with hand forged cut-out. Measures 14.5" in length.

DIPPERS.png

PAIR OF IRON & BRASS DIPPERS. A pair of mid 19th century wrought iron handled and hand forged brass dippers. Each dipper is rounded in shape with hand forged rivets. Each has a long handle, each forged in iron with hook on the underside. The small dipper measures 17.5" in length with the dipper measuring 5.5" in diameter. The other measures 19"
in length and 5.5" in dipper diameter.

Circa 1850 to1860.

EARLY IRON FIRE MARK. Great late American 18th century "pressed" iron fire insurance mark plaque. Crisp detail on a raised surface of a stylized fire hydrant, reflecting the times, with a hose extending from it's base. Featured on each side is an "F" and an "A" meaning it is from the Philadelphia  city region. Measures 11.5" in height and 7.5" in width.
