PAIR OF WOODEN DECOYS. Wonderful pair of hand carved late 19th century, early 20th century wood and paint "Blue Wing Teal" decoys form the Ojbiway/Chippewa Red Lake Indian Reservation region. Shaped carved bodies with carved peg applied heads. Original black paint overall with traces of applied blue wing paint, white eye highlights and hand forged metal eyes. Very nice proportions with natural pitting and wear. One decoy measures 11" in length and the other, 10.5" in length.

IRON MORTAR & PESTLE. Great late 19th early 20th century large American iron mortar & pestle trade sign. Made to set on top of a counter or display case. Typical mortar convex shape with duel handles with and accent rings. Pestle features a rounded handle that tapers to a larger bulbous round shape. Has the same shaped ring accents. Measures 11" in height, 11.5" in diameter at the top with a base diameter of 8.5". Pestle measures 20" in length.

PAINTED HIGH CHAIR. Wonderful 19th century American pine painted child's Windsor high chair. Plank seat with gentle turned spindles and a yoke shaped seat back with splayed arm rests. Tall turned legs with cross stretcher support. All in original black paint with yellow striping along the seat back and a stylized floral design in red in the center. In very good, sturdy condition with natural wear in all the right places. Foot rest extension is missing. Measures 33" tall, 15" wide and 16" deep.

CANVAS GOOSE. Fun late 19th, early 20th century painted canvas goose on stand. Sewn together and then painted with a grey body, white chest and under rear and a black neck with a white jowl area. Hints of wing feathers with brush strokes along the upper sides. Iron rod mounted into a piece of driftwood holds the goose up. Measures 28.5" in height and a length of 26.5" from beak to the tail. Driftwood measures 16.5" in length.
